Kegs & Eggs

Join us for breakfast…

On the first Sunday of every month, we’ve got your breakfast plans covered! Blackfire Farm takes a break from pizza to serve up the best wood-fired breakfast sandwiches around. Served on fresh English muffins from Twisted Fox Bakery, they are a true Sunday delight. Choose between bacon, sausage, or veggie, add some sriracha or garlic aioli and head on into the taproom! Pair your sandwich with a roasty Dry Stout (now pouring on nitro!), OJ-esque NEIPA, or a Raspberry sour (it’s basically a breakfast juice, right?). Not in the mood for beer just yet? Don’t worry, we’ll also be serving hot coffee from Terra Nova Organic Coffee Roasters (This month we’ve got their Papua New Guinea roast).

Monthly Cask

The cask for November is going to be a special one. We are super excited to be tapping our British Pub Ale, Bitter Buffalo. If ever there was a time to try a casked beer, this is it! Bitter Buffalo is the Post & Beam beer that best lends itself to cask conditioning. Tapped at 10:00AM, it will be available until it runs out!

Not sure what cask conditioning is? Continue reading to learn more!

With each Kegs & Eggs event, we release a special cask-conditioned beer. You might be wondering, what is a cask-conditioned beer? Also known as a real ale, it’s an unfiltered beer that undergoes secondary fermentation in a cask. This means the beer continues to mature and carbonate in the cask itself, rather than being force-carbonated in the brewery. The result is a beer with a unique flavor profile, softer carbonation, and a “living” feel due to the presence of active yeast.
